Strattons “Meeting your property needs”
JAC Strattons is the property services arm of the Tazaki Group. The company
started as JAC Property, the first Japanese-owned property rental agency in the
UK. Through the acquisition of Strattons, a London estate agent, the company
became known as JAC Strattons and operates from four branches in London’s
Finchley, Golders Green, Regents Park and Ealing areas.
JAC Strattons has successfully diversified away from its original roots and now
has specialist departments dealing with rentals and property management
services, residential property sales, commercial property, investment services,
land and new homes sales as well as refurbishment services for landlords.
The company has not forgotten its history and still maintains its number one
status as the largest property rental agent in the Japanese market in the UK
providing residential accommodation for around 1,000 Japanese expatriates
living in London. Its current branches are strategically placed to cover the
main residential areas where the majority London's Japanese community reside.
Outside of its original niche market, JAC Strattons is rapidly gaining market
share in the general property sales and rentals market in London. Due to the
quality of its people, the company is building a reputation for excellent
customer service. This leads to strong referral and repeat business which is
assisting the company in its aim to be the top agent in every locality in which
it operates.
JAC Strattons has the added advantage that from within its staff base more than
15 languages can be spoken. This gives the company added advantage when
operating with its international customer base and is allowing it to look
toward new niche markets where it can replicate the success that started with
the Japanese market some 30 years ago. |
